典型有机磷阻燃剂体外暴露对人体不同呼吸系统细胞的毒性机制
这是第一篇通过OPFRs暴露下整个人呼吸道的不同呼吸细胞毒性的比较研究,发现HNEpC细胞是TPHP最敏感的靶点。
消毒副产物形成机制方面的最新学术论文
该研究重点针对高毒性碘化消毒副产物(I-DBPs)形成机制不明晰的问题,采用量子化学计算与实验研究相结合的研究手段,从分子水平阐明了I-DBPs形成过程中H2OI+酸催化作用,为减少毒害消毒副产物I-DBPs暴露和健康影响提供了新见解。

  主要研究方向为环境有机污染物健康效应。主持或参与多项国家、省部级科研项目,包括国家重点研发计划1项,国家自然科学基金2项,环保部部门预算和公益专项3项,省级科技项目5项,市级科技计划1项。参与发布国家环境保护标准1项、广东省地方标准1项,参加编写专著1部。

  (1) 2020- ,国家重点研发计划项目子课题“重点行业场地土壤污染物人体暴露组学特征及其数据库构建”;(2)2020- , 国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目“新生儿有机磷阻燃剂暴露特征及其对肠道微生物群初始化定植的影响”;(3)2018-2020,广州市科技计划一般项目专题“TDCPP暴露对肠道微生态的干扰作用及其生理效应研究”;(4)2018-2019,中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务专项“人体尿液中磷系阻燃剂二脂类代谢物来源探讨”。
