典型有机磷阻燃剂体外暴露对人体不同呼吸系统细胞的毒性机制
这是第一篇通过OPFRs暴露下整个人呼吸道的不同呼吸细胞毒性的比较研究,发现HNEpC细胞是TPHP最敏感的靶点。
消毒副产物形成机制方面的最新学术论文
该研究重点针对高毒性碘化消毒副产物(I-DBPs)形成机制不明晰的问题,采用量子化学计算与实验研究相结合的研究手段,从分子水平阐明了I-DBPs形成过程中H2OI+酸催化作用,为减少毒害消毒副产物I-DBPs暴露和健康影响提供了新见解。

  个人简况:

  以有机污染物人体暴露评价及健康效应为主要研究方向,主持及参与了多项国家、省部级科研项目;参与发布国家环境保护标准1项、广东省地方标准3项;获得“2019 年度环境保护科学技术奖”一等奖(排名第二),第三批“国家生态环境保护专业技术青年拔尖人才”, 2020年华南环境科学研究所“优秀青年科技人才”,及第十届中国环境科学学会“青年科技奖”。坚持以科研为导向,咨询业务与专业相关的业务方式;先后获得科研类项目23项,累积经费1300余万;自2016年以来累积获得咨询类业绩3000余万,业务领域主要集中在危废/司法鉴定、固废类设施环保验收、环境/场地调查和健康/社会风险评估等4大方向。

  目前主持的研究课题和任务如下:

  (1) 2020- ,国家重点研发计划课题“人体复合暴露组解析技术研发及其生物标志物筛选”;(2)2020- , 国家自然科学基金面上项目“原位微区同位素示踪研究头发中有机污染物的富集机制”;(3)2013-2015,国家自然科学基金青年基金“头发作为人体PCBs和PBDEs暴露指示材料可行性研究”;(4)2019-2021,中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务专项重点项目“新生儿先天性泌尿生殖系缺陷与阻燃剂暴露的关系”;(5)2017-2019,中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务专项重点项目“黑色素在头发POPs内暴露中的作用及其定量表征应用”;(6)2017-2019,广东省自然科学基金“头发中内暴露POPs类污染物的机制及定量表征研究”;(7)2017-2019,广州市科技计划项目“典型垃圾焚烧厂周围人群头发中二噁英水平及来源解析”等。
